Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after our daily cutoff time of 2:00 PM (GMT+8 Hong Kong Time) will be processed on the following business day. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders. No additional fees are applied at checkout for standard delivery.

Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package directly with the carrier. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days after your order, please contact our customer support.
Delivery Issues or Delays
If your package is delayed significantly or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately so we can assist in locating your shipment.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the item and packaging
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
- Email your order number and photos to support@alloliving.com
Refunds or replacements require photographic proof of damage.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address before shipping, contact us promptly.
Refund and Returns Policy

If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be easy, smooth, and hassle-free.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following criteria:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and accessories
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Returns submitted after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost
For returns caused by product defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items,
we will provide a prepaid return label upon request after verifying your claim.
If you wish to return an item due to an incorrect order placed by you or any other reason not related to product quality or shipping error, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
Return Method
All returns must be shipped by mail. We currently do not accept in-store returns for online purchases.

Return Label
To return an item:
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
- If you have been issued a prepaid return label, attach it to the outside of the parcel.
- Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location indicated on the label.
If you have not yet received your return label or your return does not qualify for a prepaid label, please contact our support team for assistance.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee. Returns that meet the eligibility criteria are free of charge.
Damaged or Defective Items

- Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
- Send the photos and your order details to support@alloliving.com
Claims submitted after 7 days or without photographic proof may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or store credit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
