Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after our daily cutoff time of 2:00 PM (GMT-8, Pacific Time, Los Angeles) will be processed on the following business day. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders. No additional fees are applied at checkout for standard delivery.

Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package directly with the carrier. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days after your order, please contact our customer support.
Delivery Issues or Delays
If your package is delayed significantly or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately so we can assist in locating your shipment.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the item and packaging
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
- Email your order number and photos to support@alloliving.com
Refunds or replacements require photographic proof of damage.
