Shipping Policy

At AlloLiving, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience. The information below outlines our current shipping destinations, processing times, delivery estimates, and policies to ensure your order arrives smoothly.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Operating Days: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations, Times & Fees

Warehouse & Dispatch: To provide competitive pricing and high-quality lighting fixtures, all orders are shipped directly from our central warehouses located in Asia. We partner with major global carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, and Royal Mail) to ensure reliable international delivery.

3. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or parcel forwarding stations. Please provide a valid residential or business address to avoid order cancellation.

4. Customs Duties and Taxes

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Recipients are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking info may take 1–3 business days to update. If you do not receive tracking info, check your spam folder or contact support.

6. Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages)

If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery or expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Orders returned or lost due to incorrect address information will not be eligible for replacement or refund. Contact support immediately if corrections are needed before processing.
